Womens Rights! Human Rights! Animal Rights! Earth Rights!

Animals have rights too! They have developed nerves and sometimes more developed than we do, SO OF COURSE THEY FEEL PAIN! Every animal's life has value, and this is the main reason I am vegetarian. I do not believe in hurting my fellow earthlings. We are a lot more alike than we think; we all avoid pain, we all have to eat, we all have to drink water, we all have to have oxygen to breath, we all have emotions to some degree, and we all have a purpose in life. People need to learn to not take part in specism (where one creature takes a higher value than another). It is extremely cruel to treat creatures like they are only here to serve us, that is not true at all and is completely a narrow minded, uneducated way of thinking. We need to learn how to co-exist instead of trying to "dominate" nature (which by the way you can't control nature, you depend on it to live). I love knowing what I eat doesn't come at the cost of suffering animals that are treated just like the people in the concentration camps during WW2. (Think about factory farms and slaughter houses, they electricute animals, they slit their throats, they treat them as a meer object, they lock them up in tiny spaces where they can't even move around, they torture them, they belittle them, sounds familar doesn't it!) Just watch Earthlings the movie, or some of PETA's, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Being vegetarian also has a lot better impact on the environment, (think about how much methane gas a cow produces in a feed lot, think about how much food it consumes to what little meat you get out of it, think about all the antibiotics they feed them, and etc) Plus, I don't think people were meant to eat meat, look at our teeth compared to say a lions, they are much more flat and look a lot more like a horse, persay). If I can find a organic milk farmer that doesn't sell there cows for meat, I will continue to eat some dairy, but if not I will quit. Same goes for the eggs from chickens, if the eggs aren't from NON fertile, free range, organic chickens that aren't ever killed for their meat, I will go vegan.

go green :D

I love the earth. My life consists of trying to put as little impact on the environment as I can. I live & breath for it. After all, it's the only earth we've got.I can't wait to put solar panels on my home, decorate my place with all eco and sustainable products, get a rain catcher, have a roof with plants(great for keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, plus it looks pretty), get an electric car and power it solar, have my own organic garden, & etc! The possibilities are endless! I am starting to fill my closet with organic cotten, hemp, and sustainable fasion. I only clean with evironmentally friendly products. I recycle and compost as much as possible. I never use paper or plasitc bags when shopping, BYOB BITCHES (bring your own bag) and if I forget to bring my bags I simply don't use one at all. I like taking public trasportation although I should use it more. I love eating all organic, vegetarian, and clean. (Eating clean is have 5-6 small meals a day of lean protien, complex carbohydrates, and handfuls of fruits and veggies. Dont forget the healthy fat like avocados and olive oil, yum!) There still is a lot more to do but it all takes money for the most part, just taking steps at a time. One day I will have a neutral impact on the environment, and those days will be the best days of my life =)!

♥Simplicity & Personality♥

simple things

The things that put a smile on my face are the simple things in life. Those are the true treasures of the world. I love eating a healthy meal, feeling the endorphins after pumping iron, giving attention to my pets (I consider them fam) catching your breath after a long beautiful hike, the sound of my horses whining and snorting like a stallion, the appreciation on someone's face when you've helped them out, mastering a new trick in cheer/tumbling, going on a long ride with my horse on country roads, listening to the sounds of nature in the forest, being hyper for no reason, the smell of the ocean, being at peace with myself during yoga, the expression on my mom's and friends faces when I'm being silly, taking the dog for walks, trying to take the cats for walks (haha), etc. There's so many simple things that make my list it would take forever to list them all! I love being goofy with friends. Making faces at people while driving is a great pass time of mine, lol. I love to laugh, it's the best medicine.

Haha, I received the health nut reputation, one I am proud of! I love working out, eating healthy, and taking care of my body. I love to find out the new exciting foods like Goji berries and Maca that have so many wonderful healthy benefits for one's body. I love spices & herbs too! The things I love to do for a great workout are hiking, lifting weights, powerlifting, yoga, bellydancing(just getting started) running(sometimes), biking, walking, snowboarding, horseback riding, snowshoeing, rollerblading, cheerleading, tumbling, kyacking, swimming(somtimes), and dancing though I'm not super cordinated. Playing sports for fun is great too. I'd love to try nordic skiing, sea kyacking(if it's not too hardcore), wake boarding, rock climbing, surfing, backpacking, trail running, ballroom dancing (all kinds, fox trot, tango, waltz, etc), & all kinds of dance for the most part... lots of things basically. Right now my body is under construction... I am working towards more muscle tone and a six pack! Yeah that's right, a six pack. Strong and sexy go hand and hand!

♥Feminist♥

Feminist

I am very much a feminist. Women deserve to make as much money as men do, have the same opportunities, and be treated as equal. We are not property, we think, feel, love, hate, just as men do. Our lives have just as much value as men do! We also have the right to express our sexuality with out being called obscene names. I am sick and tired of the double standard quite frankly. Personally I think it's just a bunch of bullshit insecure men say. So guys, get over it. And women, don't let others define who you are, define yourself! Be who you are in all aspects of your life, including your sexuality! Something I am just learning, and let me tell you, I'm never looking back!

♥Humanitarian♥

I believe everyone is equal. I believe all people should have enough healthy food to eat, safe shelter, clothes to wear the stand the weather, and an opportunity to have a decent life. Those things I think are human rights, and no one should have to be without them. Unfortunately some are. I've even been there myself, and it is one of the worst things that can happen to someone. I haven't done a ton of volunteer work yet but I am planning on doing more soon. But I have given healthy food from whole foods to people I saw that needed it, given organic food to food drivens, given people a lift when they needed, and donated money. It's not a lot, but it's a start. I want to start volunteering at places like One World Everybody Eats, no kill animal shelters, Habitat for humanitary, Forest preservation, farmers markets, wildlife centers, etc. One day I hope to have my own nonprofit organization, though I have settled on an idea yet, (I have so many, lol).

LOVE IS LOVE, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT GENDER!

OIL COMPANIES I HAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOU, KISS MY BIKER BUTT!

Getting tired of the $4 per gallon at the pump, and feel guilty about driving so much? TRY BIKING! I bike so many places, and take public transportation, it feels great. Not only will you reduce your climate footprint by a lot, you will also get a great workout, save money, and tell big oil you don't approve of them! Biking usually takes a little longer to get places than cars, but think of it this way; you are getting a workout and going somewhere at the same time, that means less time in the gym! Also, if you have a public transportation system near you, I ugre you to use it. I takes you places just about as fast as a car, sometimes faster. You also will save a lot of money! My family of 2 only spends $100 for public transportation.

I'm telling BIG OIL TO KISS MY BIKER BUTT!! ARE YOU?
